XCR 12 - Jells Park Cross Country Relays

The 2012 Cross Country season kicked off in great conditions at Jells Park today. Tim Norton led the Club off running the first leg of the Open Mens dipping under 19 minutes and running through the first leg in the top ten. The men run 2 x 3k laps.
The Open Mens team finished sixth in Division 4.
The Open Womens team finished second in a tight tussle with Glenhuntly in Division 3. The women also run 2 x 3k laps.
Our Under 14 girls had a great race coming second despite a storming finish from Lorna Clark running the fourth fastest time of the day for that age group. The junior grils run 1 x 3k lap.
A big welcome to our new members, Kirsty Clark, Lorna Clark, Jesica Reid and Tao Lim.
